Please feel free to call, text or e-mail me if you are unsure about counselling, or if you have any questions before you decide whether or not to go ahead. In order to get the most out of counselling it is very important to find the right therapist to work with.  I therefore offer an initial short introductory telephone meeting of 15-20 minutes for us to connect before you decide whether or not to go ahead with therapy.

I will be adhering to government guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and ensuring that both client and my safety is risk assessed with each face to face session.  I will be offering online and telephone sessions in addition to in person whilst the risk of infection is high.

Please telephone, email or fill in the contact me form with any questions you may have regarding the services that I offer, or if you wish to  to arrange an appointment, ensuring that you leave your name and telephone details in any message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
